Interior Baise

I know you women out there can relate to what i have done. Have you ever felt the need for change? Not big change, but change enough that you get a little bit giddy when you think about whatever you've changed or what you are about to change. Change that is fresh and different. NO this isn't some Obama post; its just me being...ridiculously me!

Ok...so i get home and i know (and you do too, if you read Bryan's blog post earlier tonight) that i have essentially 9:30 until 1 am. by my lonesome. So why not make the most of this opportunity; get some laundry done, do some cleaning, re-organizing (my favorite pastime)... you know just being a good "home manager". FYI this is my favorite role as the "wife" and/or "future mother"..the "House Manager", "Home Organizer"..Yay GOD, I love this role, thank you!
OK, so this little organizational adventure turns into a full blown furniture rearrangement. Honestly, it was borderline a scene from an episode of TOP DESIGN or something equally as silly. I was moving chairs, end tables couches and bookshelves!! It was insane, but totally made me excited, giddy even! I love change....whether it be as small as a haircut to a rearranged living room...it brings a freshness to my day. Totally makes me fall in love with my old furniture, pictures, books and other random nick-nacs. A new appreciation for my stuff.

Most guys reading this (if they even made it this far down the post) are probably totally not getting it. But i know...you ladies totally know what i mean! You love it too. Don't deny the power a little change brings to a familiar, uneventful evening.

    Girl...

Steph is in this uber-nesting mode right now...

In about 2 weeks, she had reorganized everything in our house.

It's like a sudden and serious case of OCD...

But just so you know, us guys do that too, and we appreciate it when our wonderful wives make our houses homes!
